Let’s get started!

Many of you know I needed to take a year off due to an accident. But that wasn't all, I really needed a break as I was on the verge of burnout. I often talk about the importance of balance and here I was maxed out with no end in sight. I find God has a variety of ways to give you rest and it's kind of funny how something tragic can turn out to be alright in the end. The problem was not that I didn't love everything I was doing in work, and in study it was just I had bitten off a little more than I could do and I felt like nothing was getting my full attention. I was working a full-time job, going to school and running BMM which was all time-consuming with trip planning and program making with full-time clients it was just way too much.  Although the accident was painful I found the silver lining in it and because I was forced to rest I really had some time to think about what I wanted to do going forward. If I was honest it wasn't entirely obvious to me. At the time I really felt like I had said all there was to say about taking care of yourself, self-care, and healthy living but once COVID hit it was clear the message wasn't out and there was way more work to do in helping people live healthily and now healthy-minded is more important than ever. I just needed to find a way to simplify what I was doing and just get to the message. So I decided to drop the  BMM competitions for now and just focus on helping people live fearlessly and help people focus on what the do have control over. Not only that but with travel being a little iffy right now I just want to make sure I am helping people is a safe way. People can live peacefully in bad circumstances, I know, I've had my fair share of upsets. I am no stranger to isolation and stress and at first, those things can throw you right off if you aren't used to it but I've found some ways that have helped me that I really want to share. I come from a place of true understanding and know that we need to stay connected and continue to check in on each other and keep those healthy practices up. 

I think this will be an ongoing life calling for me to make sure people stay focused on healthy living both mentally and physically. I hope to be able to serve you in a way that truly enhances your life. I hope that if you are struggling and need some hope, my programs help you clear the clutter and get back to the basics. I hope that if you have not been inspired to take care of yourself before that in some way I can inspire you. The truth is we all need a little encouragement from time to time and let me tell you, taking care of yourself is one of the most important and valuable things you can do if you want to love and take care of others. You being your best self will help you attract healthy whole people and positive experiences in your life. Who doesn't want that? 

Anyway, that's my hello for now. You can now join the RESET program as it's the one I am hosting right now. This program is just the beginning. It's great for beginners or anyone that needs to RESET defeating mindsets or bad habits. All levels are welcome and there are no dumb questions. Let's get back to the basics and work on it together to be healthy and whole.
