Where is my focus now- Jan 2016
Being a woman of vision can be difficult. I have to say that the hardest part about being a creative person has always been focus. I simply have so many dreams and things that I want to get good at and develop. I thought since you stopped in to find out a little more about me I would share a little bit about what I am doing now and what my hope for the new year is. Perhaps we will be able to work together in the future or I can just inspire you with my own personal vision.
My latest book release came at the perfect time for many New Years resolutioners and people that are looking to make changes in their lives. The book is about setting new goals and the mind set you need to accomplish them. They are tools I’ve used countless times to set and reset goals. It’s important to keep a positive outlook. I need to remind myself of many of the things in my own books as I work through difficult seasons. I am an entrepreneur, so there is bound to be a few of those. You must learn to get up over and over when things may look tough and keeping the faith that your vision has purpose.
My current project is The Diet Makeover Cookbook that is set to launch in April. I have to be honest and tell you that I have never been a huge fan of cooking per say, but I do know the value of sound nutrition and food education. These next few months are really going to be a challenge for me. I will be focusing on bringing what I believe to be the keys to cooking and eating right for a productive, healthy lifestyle.
I’m also in the works of the BMM events that will be taking place in June and October. There is a ton that goes into planning these events. You will want to make sure you are signed up for the Body Makeover Movement’s newsletter to find out all the details and registration dates and time. Deposits will need to be made very soon. To join the newsletter just head over to www.bodymakeovermovement.com and opt in for the newsletter that pops up.
On a side note I wanted to also let you know that I am booking photography and makeup as a part time gig in these next few months. It’s something I truly enjoy and helps me to keep my days fresh. I have found in the past that working on one solid thing at a time causes a little boredom for me so I think it would be great for myself and those that would like some new fresh images. Let’s take advantage of this beautiful season. I am also talking to a few gyms where I may be putting on some bootcamps and seminars in the next few months. Let me know if that is something that you would be interested in and where you are located.

Here is my latest work. I am really into fashion of all types. I am still playing around with my photography style. I think I really got what I was aiming for with these.
I’m taking Bookings in Sylvan Lake, AB or Edmonton, AB between January and March.
