Hello and Welcome to my personal blog and portfolio,

Thanks for stopping in to check out my personal website and blog. If you don’t know me, I would like to introduce myself. Some people know me for my years in the fitness industry, so I will start there. I became passionate about fitness and health back when I was 18.  I became certified in 2006 where my hobby turned into my career. From there I learned that natural living was the life for me and I wanted to just keep growing and learning and sharing. My passions have expanded over the years into all sorts of areas including but not limited to beauty, fashion, art, world travel, photography, music, entertainment, hospitality, food and various other industries. I’m just sharing with you my world. I hope I can teach you something or just inspire you. I love life and all of it’s adventures. I live by faith and although I am not perfect I strive to be a loving and honest person. I try and follow my heart and let God lead the way. I don’t know what the future will bring but I do know that I have been blessed with the life I have and I am very grateful.

Bootcamp and Event Calendar

Bootcamps will take place at the park on Lakeshore Drive in Sylvan lake. I will be traveling during the summer, so times will be limited. The bootcamps are free unless you feel like tipping me;) All you have to do is bring your mat and water bottle and we will try and get in a solid 20 minute H.I.I.T workout. Nothing crazy, just high intensity for a short 30 minutes. Bring your kids, they can play at the park.
