May- What’s been happening

Hey friends,

Well, I guess you could say it’s been a super busy spring. April was a busy month as I was moving back into the studio to prepare for more cooking segments. I’m preparing to launch my latest book “The Diet Makeover Cookbook” very soon and I wanted to start doing more videos for my youtube channel. I find that sometimes things just take a little longer than planned and it can be very overwhelming if you don’t schedule time for yourself. This is why I haven’t been blogging as much, there are just too many projects on the go right now and I need to be a little more focused on what’s important right now. I think I’m doing a pretty good job of it;)

Then of course if you follow along with BMM (The Body Makeover Movement), you may have noticed that we are also doing the Bikini Model Search- 12 week transformation challenge right away. It starts June 1st. It’s my favourite of all the programs that I offer at BMM because I get to organize a trip to a tropical location and actually meet my members. It’s super rewarding and on top of that, I find I’m much more motivated during that time also. So training again has become a major priority.

With the day to day’s and all of the content writing, cooking, and workouts I’ve been basically living in my workout gear. My fashion has taken a little break also but with summer around the corner that’s bound to change and I’ll be shooting and finding cute outfits to share with you.

Montreal’s shoot with Industry Active wear came at the perfect time.

Other than working on programs and taking on lots of new amazing clients, I’ve been staying close to home mostly as I planned to do this year. I did however go to Montreal a week ago for a short trip to shoot with Industry Active, a great fitness clothing brand. I have to say I’m really glad to see companies reaching out and getting innovative with fitness fashion. I know most of us fitness junkies have a closet full of the usual you know who (not to knock them cause they rock too) but for people like me that really do wear fitness clothes every single day it’s nice to have something fresh and exciting. I got to share with everyone that follows me on snapchat (follow me at clairemarierae) my interview with the designer and some of the artists behind the scenes. Fashion has always been a love of mine and especially when you know it’s top notch material and branding. I can’t wait to tell you more about these guys and what they are doing.
